Narrative

An employee was working in an elevated platform (cherry picker) that stopped working. A coworker came to rescue him, and as he stepped off one platform onto the other, he slipped and struck his head. He was working 10 feet above the lower level and was wearing a body harness and retractable lanyard at the time.
