Narrative

On 4/11/16, an employee was replacing an air valve beneath an RV motor coach when the coach pinned him beneath it for several minutes until he was freed by other employees using jacks and a forklift. He was hospitalized with cracked rib(s) and a superficial laceration of the liver.
