Narrative

The processing machinery was turned off while the line employees were on break. Employee #1 returned from break early and removed a guard from the auger at the barrel breader. Employee #2 returned from break and started up the machinery. Employee #1 sustained amputations of the middle and ring fingertips on his right hand.
