Narrative

An employee was operating a pallet jack to deliver a stack of empty pallets. While making a right turn, he lost control of the pallet jack. As he quickly exited the vehicle, his lower left leg/ankle was caught between the pallet jack and a support post. He was hospitalized with a broken left ankle.
