Narrative

At 1705, on 05/18/2016, an employee and a coworker were cutting over on a roll of material when the cut edge flap fell over. When the employee grabbed the material, the nip roll caught his hand and arm. He suffered a double fracture to the left ulna and radius, requiring hospitalization.
