Narrative

An employee was using a chop saw to cut aluminum. He stopped cutting the metal and turned the chop saw off. The chop saw had some revolutions left. The employee tripped and fell, and the back of his left knee struck the blade, lacerating it. He was hospitalized and required surgery.
