Narrative

An employee was drilling fence post holes with an auger bit attached to a skid steer. The auger bit was coming loose so the crew pulled it out to tighten it up. The auger bit fell over after it cleared the hole and pinched the employee's left calf against the skid steer, causing a severe laceration that required hospitalization.
