Narrative

An employee had finished prepping bread for baking and turned the oven on, but the burner did not ignite. When he hit the button again to ignite the burner, the gas that was in the oven combusted causing a flame to reach the door of the oven. The flame burned the employee's right elbow, requiring hospitalization.
