Narrative

An employee was standing to the side of a recycling bin. When a forklift moved the bin, a large roll of steel (approximately 800 pounds) that was beside the recycling bin rolled across the aisle from the coil rack and struck the employee. The employee suffered broken toes and leg injuries.
