Narrative

An employee on a ladder was cutting a 3-inch copper pipe that was filled with 150 psi of nitrogen gas. As he was cutting the pipe's end cap, the pressure of the nitrogen pushed him off the ladder. He fell approximately 6 feet and landed on a nearby table, injuring the back of his body and cutting his left ear.
