Narrative

An employee was heating up a track frame pin with a torch. While the employee was removing the track frame pin, a hot bolt or part of the frame pin punctured an adjacent aerosol can of brake cleaner and the contents ignited into a ball of fame, causing thermal burns to the employee's lower left and right arms and face.
