Narrative

On 7/19/2016, an employee was operating a walk-behind commercial lawnmower on a terraced hillside. He went to mow a strip located between two 8 foot retaining walls. He fell over one of the 8 foot retaining walls and suffered a broken left femur and skull fractures.
