Narrative

An employee placed their left hand on the line conveyor, which moves doors down the line. When the conveyor started up, the employee's left middle finger was caught between the steel frame of the conveyor and a gap in the steel conveyor belt, resulting in a partial amputation and an open fracture to the left middle finger.
