Narrative

Two employees were working on a motor to prepare it to ship to a customer. One employee was lubricating and greasing the bearings while the other employee was manually turning the shaft. The employee turning the shaft got his finger pinched between the v-belt and pulley amputating his right index finger just below the cuticle.
