Narrative

A winding shaft on the slitter machine was cutting larger rolls into smaller rolls when an employee noticed there was a wrinkle in the material. When he tried to correct the wrinkle, his left arm was caught between the winder and the material, breaking it. The machine was running at the time of the incident.
