Narrative

An employee was troubleshooting a light fixture when he came into contact with an energized circuit. He was working from a scissor lift at a height of approximately 19 feet. After the shock, he fell out of the scissor lift and landed on the concrete surface below, suffering multiple fractures and requiring hospitalization.
