Narrative

An employee was holding the top of a small manway cover and abrasive blasting the handle. The force of the blast media hitting the cover caused the cover to twist in the employee's hand, which caused his left hand to move into the blasting media stream. The blast media penetrated the back of his glove and abraded the back of his hand.
