Narrative

On August 12, 2016, at approximately 3:00 p.m., an employee fell to the cement floor while trying to stabilize a stack of air conditioners. Some of the A/C units then fell on top of him, causing brain bleeding and a black eye, fracturing a rib, and puncturing his lung.
