Narrative

On August 16, 2016, at approximately 10:59 p.m., an employee was attempting to fix a sensor inside the enclosure of a laser weld cell. While the employee was inside the enclosure, a carrier that moved parts into the welding machine moved and struck the employee in the left leg, puncturing the left thigh.
