Narrative

An employee was positioned at the base of the pole, aligning it into the correct position. As the employee was stepping forward, a chain hoist fell from an overhead bucket truck/personnel lift, striking the employee on the hard hat. He suffered a fractured C1 vertebra and was hospitalized.
