Narrative

Employees were cleaning a secondary breaker, 440 volt. A 13.8kv inlet seed is a higher volt that transforms it down to a 440 volt. An employee was walking in the area and got close to the 13.8kv inlet seed and received third degree burns on his hands and lower arms.
