Narrative

An employee was driving a skid steer loader with chunks of blacktop in the bucket. The bucket was raised and the employee dumped the load into the dump truck. A large piece of blacktop was hanging over the edge of the dump truck and a piece broke off and fell, striking the employee's right knee and fracturing the knee cap.
