Narrative

An employee was removing broken pieces of concrete from a recently demolished road deck. He was flipping the lagging boards when he slipped and fell through the boards 28 feet to the ground below. He suffered a broken pelvis, ruptured spleen, and broken ribs and was hospitalized.
