Narrative

An employee was positioning a scissor lift to paint some structural steel on the concourse. As he walked backward out of the lift cage to climb down the ladder, he fell 9 feet to the concrete ground below and struck his head. He suffered a wrist injury, broken collarbone, and head injury.
