Narrative

An employee was fixing a hunting tree stand on the business owner's property. He was standing on a ladder tightening a strap with a ratcheting tool. The strap broke as he was tightening it, causing him to lose his balance and fall approximately 6 feet to the ground. He was hospitalized with fractured vertebrae.
