Narrative

An employee was standing on a 3-foot scaffold platform, screwing sheetrock into the metal studs when he lost his footing and fell off the scaffold. He fell through the open door onto sheetrock that was on the other side. He caught the sheetrock corner on his right side, breaking two ribs.
