Narrative

An employee was tipping a pouring cup into a mold (to mark it as bad) while his right hand was on the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt automatically moves when it's ready for the next mold. When it moved forward, his hand became caught between the mold and conveyor belt, amputating his right pinky fingertip.
