An employee exited a forklift on the loading dock. The forklift was then knocked into reverse and the started going backward toward the end of the dock. The employee tried to stop the forklift from falling off the dock, but instead fell 4 feet off the dock with the forklift, suffering internal bruising on the left side of the back. The forklift was not turned off at the time of the incident.
