Narrative

An employee was helping to move a stick pipe. He was standing on the ground by the pipe wrangler and had his left hand on the pipe. The pipe skate was too close to the pipe so he motioned to the pipe wrangler operator to move the skate back. However, the skate moverd forward, pinching the employee's left index finger between the skate and the pipe. His left index finger was partially amputated.
