Narrative

An employee was on a step ladder on an elevated deck. He was attempting to secure a piece of metal on a roof overhang when he fell 12-15 feet. The employee was hospitalized for three fractured ribs and three fractured vertebrae. Fall protection was not worn at the time of the incident.
