Narrative

On Friday November 4, 2016, at approximately 5:30 a.m., a temporary employee was working with a coworker to hand feed fabric into a fabric cutter machine. At some point during the operation, fabric entangled the employee's hand and pulled it into the point of operation. The employee suffered a partial right ring fingertip amputation and lacerations to the right middle and pinky fingers.
