Narrative

An employee was guiding a hydraulic cylinder ram into its storage rack while it was supported by a small jib crane. As he was guiding the cylinder, the ram slowly retracted. The head of the ram then pinched the employee's finger against the bolt and the frame, crushing and partially amputating his right index finger.
