Narrative

An employee was standing on the roof top of a truck supplying hot asphalt (400 degrees). The hot pipe became loose and had a slight leak. The employee was trying to tighten it when the pipe burst and splashed him with the hot asphalt, causing first degree burns to the face and arms.
