Narrative

An employee was moving a manufactured steel part that weighed approximately 70 lbs. from a pair of saw horses to the ground. He then tripped over one of the sawhorses, and three of his right-hand fingers were pinched between the steel part and the ground, amputating his middle fingertip and injuring the other two.
