Narrative

An employee was laying on an inclined catwalk 30 feet above the ground to observe repair work on a beltline conveyor system below. As he positioned himself to stand up, he fell through the mid-rail and toe board of the catwalk, hitting the belt and the ground. He suffered three fractures to the right arm, multiple fractures to the right ribs, bruised lungs, and a bruised right kidney.
