Narrative

On 11/28/2016, an employee was unloading a 53-foot trailer using a forklift. As he was attempting to enter the trailer, the tractor and trailer rolled forward, causing the forklift to fall to the ground. As the forklift was falling, the employee jumped out of it and hit the ground, breaking his hip and requiring hospitalization.
