Narrative

On December 6, 2016, around 1:25 p.m., an employee was cleaning the gutters of the second level of a residence from a ladder placed on the roof of the first level. When he was on his way down the ladder, he slipped and fell on the roof, and then rolled off to the ground. He broke his neck and was hospitalized for surgery.
