Narrative

An employee was carrying a metal pole to install filler between tables. He was walking by a table truss when he bumped the truss, which was being supported by a cross brace. The truss then fell over and landed on the employee's lower back and leg, pinning him down. He suffered a dislocated left hip and broken left femur.
