Narrative

An employee in a drilling rig had drilled a shaft for a new sewer tunnel. The employee was changing the bit on the drilling rig when the seat broke on the operator's station, causing the employee to fall off and into the drilled hole (14 feet). The employee suffered a head laceration and concussion.
