Narrative

An employee was unloading food from a tractor-trailer. He exited the trailer and proceeded down a ramp with a two-wheel dolly that was loaded with food product. He then lost his footing, fell forward on his knees, and rolled approximately 3 feet off the side of the ramp onto the ground. He ruptured the bilateral tendon in both knees.
