Narrative

A temporary employee was operating the protein mixer when the extruder stopped extruding. He began pulling out the protein when he contacted the mixer's metal blade, amputating his middle and ring fingers to the second knuckle and index finger to the first knuckle. The mixer was running at the time of the incident.
