Narrative

On December 20, 2016, at approximately 3:30 p.m., an employee was cubing meat in a tenderizer when the meat became stuck. While she attempted to remove the meat from the tenderizer, the rollers caught the glove of her left hand and pulled her index and middle fingers into the tenderizer, fracturing both.
