Narrative

An employee was standing on his flatbed trailer unstrapping an outrigger when it shifted and fell on him. The employee was knocked to the ground and the outrigger (600 lbs. of steel) fell on him resulting in a laceration to the right wrist and a puncture wound to the right leg.
