Narrative

While walking from the west parking lot into the building, an employee walked in front of a stationary truck that was waiting to proceed to a scale. When the employee was in front of the truck, it began to move and struck the employee with the front bumper. The employee was pulled under the truck and suffered numerous cuts and a laceration to the right thigh.
