Narrative

Two employees were moving sheets of plywood on the dock. At the same time, a poultry pan was being lowered onto the dock. The injured employee moved under the pan as it was being lowered and was struck by the pan. The employee suffered a broken hip and right metacarpal and a hematoma on the forehead.
