Narrative

An employee was moving a cart of zinc bars/ingots to a reclaim furnace to be melted down. The cart wheels were caught in pit holes on the floor, causing the cart to tip over and the bars of ingots to fall on his left leg. He suffered a compound fracture and was hospitalized.
