Narrative

On January 7, 2017, an employee was operating an overhead crane to lower a section of tooling into a stationary stamping die. He leaned on the stationary stamping die to ensure that the tooling was lined up. As he lowered the tooling, his left fingertip was caught and partially amputated in the opening/pinch point.
