Narrative

An employee was guiding a tractor trailer into an unloading area. The employee realized some pipes were hanging over the side of the trailer and moved behind and to the side of the truck to warn the driver to stop. The employee got caught between the trailer and a wall resulting in a broken left arm and two broken ribs.
