Narrative

An employee was helping a forklift operator load a non-working truck into a cargo shipping container. The truck was being placed into the shipping container facing outward when the tires slipped off of the lip of the container and the truck bounced. The employee's left ring finger was caught and pinched in the hood, amputating his fingertip.
