Narrative

On February 10, 2017, an employee was using a compressor to spray concrete forms with Clean Strip J1A when the compressor hose became clogged. He attempted to unclog the hose by applying heat. The hose then ignited, burning the employee from his head to toes and requiring hospitalization.
